I have a broad professional background spanning sales, business coaching, mentoring, motivational speaking, and writing. However, my true roots lie in holistic health and the wisdom practices of both yoga and Lifestyle Medicine. These have always provided me with peace and balance, especially during challenging times.
It was my own experience struggling with menopause and early midlife health challenges that inspired me to shift my professional focus toward wellness. I developed a deep interest in preventative health and longevity, driven by my desire to help ease or prevent similar suffering for others.
Through further studies and qualifications in Health Science, Nutrition, Menopause, and Psychology, I’ve developed a comprehensive coaching toolkit to support my clients on their own healthy aging journeys.
