Our lifespan is longer than any other generation, but our health span isn't keeping up. This presents a major challenge for medicine, health, and society today. Chronic metabolic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer, and neurological diseases are robbing us of our quality of life. Many of these conditions can be prevented. Let's talk.

  • We must learn how to age well and avoid health issues before they become a problem, especially as we enter midlife and experience the perfect storm of changes and consequences that make us so vulnerable to disease.

    As your health coach, I support you with advanced lifestyle medicine, using the science and practice of behavior, nutrition, fitness, sleep, movement and mind-body techniques to optimize your mental and physical well-being. We will focus on staying well, extending your health span, and preventing problems before they arise.

    After all, our goal is not to live longer and die slower, but to live longer, stronger, happier, and healthier lives while aging slowly.

As we transition into mid-life and beyond, our bodies change, and the old "go-to" methods for weight loss and fitness stop working.
